our fees

Our Agent Fee Structure is simple. We offer two models:  A commission split with a royalty fee and a commission split without a royalty fee.  In either case, there are no surprises. NextHome Champion Elite offers agents the option to change commission plans every six months. Why change plans? One common reason is seasonal. During the slower winter season, our agents can choose the option that fits their production level best.
