Our commission fees are simple. We have 2 commission models.

Fee Structures

Commission Models

6% Royalty Fee Model

$0/Month

The royalty fee is deducted from every transaction.

Flat Fee Model

$200/Month

You DO NOT PAY A 6% Royalty fee per transaction

Other Fees

These are additional fees charged by the office

Admin/Risk Management Fee

$175/transaction

Tech Fee

$75/Month

This fee included the monthly $25 Errors and Omission Insurance Fee

Commission fees are based on agent production from the past 12 months. Team fees are based on another fees structure not shown.
